The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a
* Dust Storm Warning for...
Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona...
* Until 100 AM MST.
* At 1102 PM MST, a wall of dust was located along a line from 11
miles north of Arivaca to near Marana, moving west at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging winds in
excess of 60 mph.
SOURCE...Detected by National Weather Service meteorologists.
IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.
* Locations impacted include...
Sells, Three Points, Topawa, San Miguel, San Isidro, Kitt Peak,
Picture Rocks, Ali Chukson, Gu Oidak, Vamori, South Komelik,
Cowlic, Fresnal, San Pedro, Choulic, Queens Well, Coldfields,
Sasabe and No:ligk.
This includes the following highways...
Route 86 between mile markers 102 and 155. Route 286 between mile
markers 1 and 45.

Motorists should not drive into a dust storm. PULL ASIDE STAY ALIVE!
Dust storms lead to dangerous driving conditions with visibility
reduced to near zero. If driving, avoid dust storms if possible. If
caught in one, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep your
foot off the brake.

At 1225 AM MST, a wall of dust was located along a line from 9 miles
southwest of Topawa to 15 miles northeast of Santa Rosa, moving west
at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging winds in
excess of 60 mph.

IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.
Locations impacted include...
Sells, Topawa, Gu Oidak, Vamori, Cowlic, No:ligk, Cababi, Comobabi,
