* At 402 PM MDT, an area of blowing dust was located 6 miles south
of Estancia.
HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong winds in
excess of 50 mph.
SOURCE...Department of Highways.
IMPACT...Hazardous travel.
* Locations impacted include...
Estancia, Willard and McIntosh.
This includes Highway 60 between Mile Markers 207 and 239. Severe
driving conditions are being reported on Highway 41 at mile markers
5 and 6 due to brownout conditions.

Motorists should not drive into an area of blowing dust. PULL ASIDE
