The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Dust Advisory for...
  Northeastern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...
  Southern Graham County in southeastern Arizona...
  Southern Greenlee County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 730 PM MST.

* At 603 PM MST, A line of strong storms extending from northeast
  Graham County into central Greenlee county will move
  south-southwest at 15 mph into the Gila River and San Simon
  valleys. These storms will produce strong outflow winds to 45-50
  mph resulting in the potential for blowing dust reducing visibility
  to below a half mile. This blowing dust may impact US Highway 70
  near Safford, as well as Interstate 10 between Bowie and the
  Arizona and New mexico state line.

  HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong winds in excess
           of 45 mph.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

* Locations impacted include...
  Safford, Clifton, Thatcher, Solomon, Morenci, San Jose, Bowie,
  Safford Regional Airport, Roper Lake State Park, Pima, Bylas,
  Duncan, Central, York, Fort Thomas, Franklin, Swift Trail Junction,
  Frye Mesa Dam, Guthrie and Three Way.

This includes the following highways...
Route 78 between mile markers 155 and 165. Route 191 between mile
markers 88 and 177. Route 75 between mile markers 379 and 398. Route
70 between mile markers 296 and 384. Route 266 between mile markers
105 and 114. Interstate 10 between mile markers 352 and 390.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not drive into an area of blowing dust. PULL ASIDE
STAY ALIVE!

SOUTHERN GRAHAM AND SOUTHERN GREENLEE COUNTIES...

The blowing dust that prompted the advisory has dissipated.
Therefore, the Dust Advisory will be allowed to expire. However,
areas of blowing dust may continue to produce low visibility at
times.
