  Southeastern Lincoln County in central New Mexico...

* Until 800 PM MDT.

* At 640 PM MDT, an area of blowing dust was located across the 
  Sacramento Mountains.

  HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with damaging wind gusts
           in excess of 60 mph.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ruidoso, Lincoln, Ruidoso Downs, Capitan, Fort Stanton, Smokey 
  Bear Historical Park, Glencoe, Lincoln State Monument, Encinoso 
  and San Patricio.

This includes Highway 380 between Mile Markers 75 and 107.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not drive into an area of blowing dust. PULL ASIDE 
STAY ALIVE!
