The National Weather Service in Phoenix has issued a

* Dust Advisory for...
  Maricopa County in south central Arizona...

* Until 1045 PM MST.

* At 1019 PM MST, a wall of dust was along a line extending from 6
  miles west of Estrella Sailport to 7 miles west of Big Horn to 7
  miles north of Ajo, moving west at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Less than two miles visibility with strong wind in excess 
           of 30 mph.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

* This includes the following highways...
  AZ Interstate 8 between mile markers 105 and 129.
  AZ Route 238 between mile markers 1 and 31.
  AZ Route 85 between mile markers 1 and 137.

Locations impacted include...
Gila Bend, Estrella, Gila Bend Auxiliary Field, Bosque, Cotton
Center, Sonoran National Monument, and Mobile.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.
