* Dust Advisory for...
  Southwestern Otero County in south central New Mexico...
  Southern Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico...
  Northwestern Hudspeth County in western Texas...
  El Paso County in western Texas...

* Until 845 PM MDT.

* At 641 PM MDT, an area of blowing dust was over West El Paso. 

  HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong winds up to 50 
           mph.

  SOURCE...Detected by National Weather Service meteorologists.

  IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

* This includes the following highways...
   Interstate 10 in New Mexico between mile markers 122 and 164.
   Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 1 and 46.
   Interstate 25 in New Mexico between mile markers 2 and 6.
   Highway 70 in New Mexico between mile markers 150 and 151.
   Highway 54 in New Mexico between mile markers 1 and 27.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.
