* WHEN...From late Friday night through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...These cold wind chills will cause frostbite on exposed 
  skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chill values may drop as low as 15 below
