A lull in the rainfall is anticipated through the mid-morning, but additional scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible by the late morning through the afternoon. These afternoon storms may have rain rates up to 1-2" per hour, which may result in flooding if these storms move over already wet grounds. Generally expecting just minor urban and small stream flooding in areas of poor drainage, but cannot out rule one or two instances of flash flooding.
