* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and southeast Illinois,
including the following counties, in central Illinois, Christian,
Macon, Piatt, Sangamon and Shelby. In east central Illinois,
Champaign, Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie and
Vermilion. In southeast Illinois, Clay, Crawford, Effingham,
Jasper, Lawrence and Richland.
* WHEN...Through 7 AM Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
