* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...In southeast Mississippi, Forrest, Lamar, and Marion 
  counties.

* WHEN...From noon CDT today through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - While rainfall totals are expected to average in the 1 to 3
    inch range, there is potential for localized amounts of 4 to
    6 inches over a short period of time, which would result in
    flash flooding.
