* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Missouri, including the following 
  counties, Lawrence, McDonald and Newton.

* WHEN...Through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Much of southwestern Missouri has already seen 1 to 4 inches
    of rainfall through early Friday afternoon. Additional heavy
    rainfall will overspread southern Missouri and the eastern
    Ozarks late this afternoon and tonight. Rain, heavy at times,
    will then persist into Saturday. Additional rainfall amounts
    of 3 to 6 inches, with localized amounts up to 8 inches, are
    expected across south-central Missouri. Additional rainfall
    amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected along the I-44
