  the following counties, in central Wisconsin, Clark. In north 
  central Wisconsin, Taylor.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple waves of thunderstorms are expected through Thursday
    morning. Rainfall totals could be 2-3", locally higher.
