* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and north central Wisconsin, including 
  the following counties, in central Wisconsin, Marathon. In north 
  central Wisconsin, Langlade, Lincoln, Oneida and Vilas.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Slow moving heavy showers and thunderstorms are expected
    across northwestern WI late this afternoon and overnight. 1
    to 2 inches of rainfall with locally higher amounts will be
    possible. The heavy rain in a short period of time and/or
    over the same area may result in flooding across the watch
    area, especially for low-lying and urban areas.
