* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Illinois, including
the following counties, in central Illinois, Marshall and Stark.
In west central Illinois, Knox.
* WHEN...Through Saturday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A hot and very humid airmass will lend the potential for
excessive rainfall rates wherever thunderstorms do develop.
A few hi-resolution models support hourly rainfall rates
exceeding 2"/hr.
