during the overnight and towards Thursday morning. With extremely
saturated soils from heavy rainfall that has fallen over the last
several days, it wont take much rain to cause Flash Flooding
concerns. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches, with
isolated higher amounts, are possible across much of the Watch
area.
