* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Southeast Arizona, including the following
  areas, Baboquivari Mountains, Catalina and Rincon Mountains,
  Dragoon and Mule and Huachuca and Santa Rita Mountains, Tohono
  Oodham Nation, Tucson Metro Area, Upper San Pedro River Valley and
  Upper Santa Cruz River Valley/Altar Valley.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon through 11 PM MST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Expect scattered thunderstorms beginning late this afternoon
    through the evening. One inch per hour rainfall rates will be
    likely across the watch area with three hour rainfall totals
    approaching 3 inches in isolated areas.
