* WHEN...From 4 PM CDT this afternoon through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Conditions are favorable for repeated rounds of thunderstorms
    with heavy rainfall that could result in flash and river
