  Middlesex, Morris, Northwestern Burlington, Salem, Somerset, 
  Sussex, Warren and Western Monmouth, and Pennsylvania, including 
  the following areas, Berks, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern 
  Montgomery, Lehigh, Lower Bucks, Northampton, Philadelphia, Upper
