...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Southeast Arizona, including the following
  areas, Baboquivari Mountains, Catalina and Rincon Mountains, South
  Central Pinal County, Southeast Pinal County, Tohono Oodham
  Nation, Tucson Metro Area, Upper Santa Cruz River Valley/Altar
  Valley and Western Pima County.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
  crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected Monday afternoon
    into Monday evening. Rainfall rates in excess of 1 inch per hour
    are expected with the stronger storms with isolated areas having
    the potential of 2 inches or more in an hour.
