  Hancock, Henderson, McDonough, Mercer and Warren, southeast Iowa,
  including the following areas, Des Moines, Henry IA, Jefferson,
  Keokuk, Lee, Louisa, Van Buren and Washington, and northeast
  Missouri, including the following areas, Clark and Scotland.

* WHEN...Through 7PM this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Training thunderstorms with heavy rainfall rates are possible
    within the watch area early this morning through this evening.

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Illinois, including the
following areas, Hancock, Henderson, McDonough, Mercer and Warren
Counties, southeast Iowa, including the following areas, Des Moines,
Henry IA, Jefferson, Keokuk, Lee, Louisa, Van Buren and Washington
Counties, and northeast Missouri, including the following areas,
Clark and Scotland Counties.

The afternoon and evening round of rain has ended and flooding is no
longer expected to pose an immediate threat.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible later tonight,
mainly along and south of Highway 34. However, additional widespread
heavy rainfall is not anticipated.
