...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast, southeast, and southern West
  Virginia, including the following counties, in northeast West
  Virginia, Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Northwest
  Webster, Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph and Southeast
  Webster. In southeast West Virginia, Northwest Fayette, Northwest
  Nicholas, Northwest Raleigh, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas
  and Southeast Raleigh. In southern West Virginia, Boone, Logan,
  McDowell, Mingo and Wyoming.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Locally heavy showers will continue this morning along a
    slow-moving cold front. Additional rainfall totals up to an inch
    remain possible in isolated locations. Areas that received heavy
    rainfall last week and during the day yesterday will be most
    vulnerable to flooding.
  - Flooding is ongoing across portions of the southern coalfields
    where 3 to 5 inches of rain fell late Monday evening.

Southeast Webster. In southeast West Virginia, Northwest Fayette,
