* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southern California, including the following 
  area, Joshua Tree NP West.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Strong inland moisture transport associated with an
    atmospheric river making landfall along Southern California
    will promote an extended period of moderate rainfall over
    portions of the Watch area. The mountains of western Joshua
    Tree National Park could receive rainfall totals locally
    upwards of 1.00-2.00".
