including the following areas, Bates, Cass, Clay, Cooper, Henry,
Howard, Jackson, Johnson MO, Lafayette, Pettis, Platte and Saline.
* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
