  Benton, Camden, Maries, Miller, Morgan and Pulaski. In east 
  central Missouri, Phelps. In south central Missouri, Dent.

* WHEN...From this evening through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop
    across central Missouri tonight and continue into Thursday
    morning. Training of these storms may lead to localized
    flooding with some areas seeing up to 3 to 5 inches of rain.
