  Cass, Chariton, Clay, Clinton, Cooper, Daviess, De Kalb, Grundy,
  Henry, Howard, Jackson, Johnson MO, Lafayette, Linn MO, Livingston,
  Macon, Pettis, Platte, Randolph, Ray and Saline.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
