...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR AN ICE JAM IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CST THIS 
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and south central Nebraska, including 
  the following counties, in central Nebraska, Merrick. In south 
  central Nebraska, Hall and Hamilton.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1000 AM CST, The public reported an ice jam near
    Interstate 80 just east of Highway 281 resulting in water
    coming out of the Platte River and filling the ditches near
    the Interstate.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Grand Island, Phillips and Chapman.
