...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM EDT THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Michigan, including the following
counties, Allegan, Barry, Kalamazoo and Van Buren.
* WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1231 PM EDT, Between 1 and 2 inches of rain has fallen
across the area so far today, with another 1 to 1.5 inches of
rain expected through the rest of the afternoon as several
rounds of thunderstorms continue. Minor flooding is expected
to develop soon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 514 PM EDT, Minor flooding from heavy rains earlier in the
day have started to recede, but additional rounds of storms
over the next few hours are expected to again result in minor
flooding of roadways and other poor drainage areas.
