* WHERE...A portion of panhandle Nebraska, including the following
  counties, Dawes and Sioux.

* WHEN...Until 730 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding is going to be possible over the burn
  scar as the Thunderstorm is likely to travel near or over the burn
  scar area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 628 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to

    Campground.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Stay away or be swept away.

Move away from recently burned areas. Life-threatening flooding of
creeks, roads and normally dry arroyos is likely. The heavy rains
will likely trigger rockslides, mudslides and debris flows in steep
terrain, especially in and around these areas.
