...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 AM MDT EARLY THIS MORNING...
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Montana, including the following
county, Valley.
* WHEN...Until 545 AM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is
likely.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 232 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Glasgow, Tampico, Hinsdale, Vandalia, The Bentonite Plant and
Whatley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
