...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM PDT THIS AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following
county, southeastern Lake.
* WHEN...Until 545 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. There will be an increased risk of rock and
land slides along roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 239 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.7 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ettawa Springs, Seigler Springs, Whispering Pines, Forest
Lake, Adams, Loch Lomond, Hobergs, Hidden Valley Lake, Lower
Lake and Cobb.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
