* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following
county, Oakland.
* WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 410 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Troy, Pontiac, Birmingham, Rochester, Rochester Hills, Auburn
Hills, Bloomfield Hills, Lake Angelus and Bloomfield
Township.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 507 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms and the public reported flooding in downtown
Rochester. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Troy, Pontiac, Birmingham, Rochester, Rochester Hills, Auburn
