* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northern Darlington County in northeastern South
  Carolina...
  Marlboro County in northeastern South Carolina...

* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 607 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 3 inches are expected over the
    area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Bennettsville, Hartsville, Mccoll, Clio, Chavistown, North
    Hartsville, Kellytown, Society Hill, Blenheim, Tatum and Carolina
    Pines Regional Medical Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 4 inches of rain have fallen
    between Hartsville and the Chesterfield County line.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible over the
    area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
