...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following
counties, Sacramento and Yolo.
* WHEN...Until 730 PM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 523 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Sacramento, West Sacramento, Arco Arena, Rio Linda, Elverta
and Raley Field.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

The Flood Advisory will expire at 730 PM PST this evening for a
portion of northern California, including the following areas,
Sacramento and Yolo.
The heavy rain has ended. Urban and small stream flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat at this time. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures. A Flood Watch remains in effect until
Friday afternoon as additional rounds of moderate to heavy rain is
forecast.
