...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM CDT THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northwest Texas, including the following
counties, Crosby, Dickens, Floyd and Motley.
* WHEN...Until 630 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 507 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
slow-moving thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas
will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to 2
inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible over
portions of the advisory area. This additional rain will
result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Dougherty and Mcadoo.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
