...FLOOD ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...
The Flood Advisory will expire at 11 AM CDT this morning for a
portion of north central Kansas, including the following areas,
Osborne and Rooks.
Although much of the Advisory area saw a widespread 2 to 3.5 inches
of rain over the last 24 hours, rain has not fallen for several hours
now, and emergency management and law enforcement reported no notable
flooding issues this morning. As a result, this Advisory is being
allowed to expire at this time.
That being said, some lingering minor flooding of low-lying and poor
drainage areas cannot be ruled out, so caution is advised if
traveling rural roads through the area.
