...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following 
  counties, Craighead, Greene and Mississippi and Southeast 
  Missouri, including the following counties, Dunklin and Pemiscot.

* WHEN...Until 1100 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 753 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Jonesboro, Paragould, Blytheville, Kennett, Gosnell, Manila,
    Lake City, Leachville, Bay, Senath, Brookland, Monette,
    Caraway, Marmaduke, Cardwell, Hornersville, Arbyrd, Dell,
    Deering and Little River.
