...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Kansas, including the following 
  county, Nemaha.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 728 AM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in
    the advisory area due to thunderstorms leading to minor
    flooding of Highway 187 5 miles southwest of Seneca. Between
    0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    mainly rural areas of West Central Nemaha County


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
