...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 AM MDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Debris from mudslide and flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Colorado, including the following 
  county, San Juan.

* WHEN...Until 1130 AM MDT.

* IMPACTS...A mudslide over highway 550 is on going or expected to 
  begin shortly. Avoid traveling and recreating through the advisory 
  area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1034 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
    has fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    mainly rural areas of South Central San Juan County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
