...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall are expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the 
  following counties, Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Wayne and Whitley.

* WHEN...Until 100 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1003 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Somerset, Monticello, Science Hill, Burnside, Kidder,
    Quinton, Delta, Frazer, Bronston, General Burnside S.P.,
    Betsey, Tateville, Gregory, Denney, Sloans Valley, Mill
    Springs, Ritner, Alpine, Elihu and Somerset Pulaski Airport.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
