...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Kansas, including the following 
  county, Gove.

* WHEN...Until 330 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 130 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Quinter and Park.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 330 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 330 AM CDT early this morning for 
a portion of west central Kansas, including the following area, Gove.

Light rain will continue for another few hours before ending. 
Additional rainfall amounts of between a quarter and a half inch 
will be possible.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
