* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...West Central Humboldt County in northwestern California...
* Until 1045 AM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 644 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Jacoby
Creek, Hookton Slough, Elk River, and Little River.

* WHERE...West Central Humboldt County in northwestern California...
* Until 145 PM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1036 AM PST, Local officials reported small stream flooding in
the advisory area on Highway 36 near Carlotta and in the Ferndale
area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches with up to 0.6
inch per hour rainfall rates are expected over the area. This
additional heavy rainfall will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Jacoby
Creek, Hookton Slough, Elk River, and Little River.
