...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM MDT THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Colorado, including the following
county, west central Weld.
* WHEN...Until 745 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 447 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This may cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are
expected over the area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Greeley, Evans and Garden City.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Colorado, including the following
county, west central Weld.
* WHEN...Until 745 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 602 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms fell earlier. This caused urban and small
stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
Water will slowly recede continuing to flow and pond in low-
lying areas. No additional rain is expended this evening.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Greeley, Evans and Garden City.
