* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northwestern Caldwell County in north central Missouri...
  Southwestern Daviess County in north central Missouri...
  East Central Andrew County in northwestern Missouri...
  Southeastern Buchanan County in northwestern Missouri...
  Clinton County in northwestern Missouri...
  DeKalb County in northwestern Missouri...

* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 447 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Cameron, Plattsburg, Lathrop, Gower, Maysville, Stewartsville,
    Union Star, Osborn, Clarksdale, Kidder, Winston, Easton,
    Altamont, Turney, Jameson, Weatherby, Amity, Fairport and Santa
    Rosa.

The Flood Advisory is cancelled for portions of north central and
northwest Missouri, including the following areas, in north central
Missouri, Caldwell and Daviess. In northwest Missouri, Andrew,
Buchanan, Clinton and DeKalb.

Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT Sunday for portions
of Kansas and Missouri...
