...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Big Bend Florida, including the following 
  county, Leon.

* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is 
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 552 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tallahassee, Florida A and M, Florida State University,
    Tallahassee State College, Doak Campbell Stadium, Tallahassee
    Memorial Hosp, Winthrop Park, Governors Square Mall, Midtown,
    Lake Ella, Tom Brown Park, Indian Head Acres, Cascades Park,
    State Capital Complex, Kleman Plaza, Frenchtown, Levy Park,
    Leon County Civic Center, Macon Community Park and Market
    District.
