...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Georgia, including the following 
  county, Terrell.

* WHEN...Until 515 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 312 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Dawson, Sasser, Bronwood, Parrott, Yeomans, Oakville, Dawson
    Municipal A/P, Graves, Bridges Crossroad, Herod,
    Chickasawhatchee, Olivers Mill, Doverel and Chambliss.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
