...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, southwest, and west central Missouri, 
  including the following counties, in central Missouri, Camden and 
  Hickory. In southwest Missouri, Cedar, Dallas and Polk. In west 
  central Missouri, St. Clair and Vernon.

* WHEN...Until 500 PM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1051 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    El Dorado Springs, Stockton, Hermitage, Humansville,
    Weaubleau, Urbana, Wheatland, Pittsburg, Polk, Preston, Cross
    Timbers, Collins, Flemington, Roscoe, Louisburg, Vista,
    Gerster, Elkton, Dunnegan, Quincy, Harper, Arnica, Nemo,
    Caplinger Mills, Goodson, Cedar Springs, Filley, Wagoner,
    Pumpkin Center, Tunas, Olympia, Leadmine, Pomme de Terre
    Lake, Stockton Lake, Truman Lake and Pomme De Terre State
    Park.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Advisory is cancelled for portions of central, southwest, 
and west central Missouri, including the following areas, in central 
Missouri, Camden and Hickory. In southwest Missouri, Cedar, Dallas 
and Polk. In west central Missouri, St. Clair and Vernon.

Additional thunderstorms are likely this afternoon and evening which 
could result in additional heavy rainfall and flooding.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT Monday for portions 
of southeast Kansas and Missouri...
