...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southeastern Sullivan County in north central Missouri...
  Southwestern Adair County in northeastern Missouri...

* WHEN...Until 1015 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 718 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Kirksville, Millard and Kirksville Regional.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

The Flood Advisory will expire at 1015 PM CDT this evening for
portions of north central and northeast Missouri, including the
following areas, in north central Missouri, Sullivan. In northeast
Missouri, Adair.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
