...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Cooper County in central Missouri...
  Howard County in central Missouri...
  Saline County in central Missouri...

* WHEN...Until 1215 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 915 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2.5 inches of rain
    have fallen during the past two hours.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Marshall, Boonville, Fayette, Slater, Glasgow, New Franklin,
    Pilot Grove, Malta Bend, Prairie Home, Gilliam, Nelson, Miami,
    Blackwater, Franklin, Mount Leonard, Grand Pass, Wooldridge,
    Arrow Rock and Lamine.
