* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...San Mateo County in northern California...
West Central Santa Cruz County in northern California...
* Until 445 AM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 239 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Daly City, San Mateo, Redwood City, Palo Alto, South San
Francisco, San Bruno, Pacifica, Menlo Park, Foster City,
Burlingame, San Carlos, Belmont, Millbrae, Half Moon Bay,
Hillsborough, Atherton, Woodside, Highlands-Baywood Park, North
Fair Oaks and El Granada.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law

- Belmont Creek at the Harbor Boulevard - Old County Road
intersection is currently reporting flooding.

including the following areas, San Mateo and Santa Cruz.
The heavy rain has ended. Urban area and small stream flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM PST Friday for portions
