...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Fannin County in north central Texas...

* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 613 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow
    moving thunderstorms. Radar estimates rainfall rates as high as 4
    inches per hour are occurring with these storms. Up to 1 inch of
    rain has fallen in the past hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Bonham, Leonard, Honey Grove, Savoy, Ector, Trenton, Dodd City,
    Ravenna, Bonham State Park, Lake Bonham, Coffee Mill Lake,
    Randolph, Crockett Lake, Valley Lake, Boyd, Ladonia, Bailey and
    Windom.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
